Professional plug-patch tire repairs done right — inside-the-tire patches, not just external plugs — right across North Jersey. One call, real tech, average on-scene 20–45 minutes.
A real patch is done from the inside of the tire, not a plug jammed in from the outside. Ours is a combination plug-patch: we dismount the tire, buff the inner liner, vulcanize a proper patch with a stem running through the puncture. That's the DOT-accepted method. That's what we do on every patch job.
Proper plug-patch repairs done in your driveway in Jersey City, parking lot in Newark, or street in Hoboken — anywhere we can get the tire off safely. North Jersey's where a lot of our patching volume lives because commuters can't afford downtime.
We cover Newark, Jersey City, Hoboken, Paterson, Elizabeth, Clifton, Passaic, Bayonne, Union City, Weehawken, North Bergen, West New York, Fort Lee, Englewood, Hackensack, Fairview, Cliffside Park, Edgewater, Kearny, Harrison, Secaucus, East Rutherford, Rutherford, Lyndhurst, Nutley, Bloomfield, Montclair, and the surrounding Essex, Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic county towns, plus roadside calls along the Turnpike (I-95), Garden State Parkway, Route 3, Route 46, Route 17, Route 21 (McCarter Highway), Route 280, Route 80, Pulaski Skyway, and the approaches to the Lincoln, Holland, and George Washington bridges. Dispatch routes the closest qualified technician, not the closest anybody — so whoever shows up has the right gear for your actual problem.
Visual inspection plus soap-water if the leak is slow enough to hide.
Pulled off the rim on a portable machine so we can work the inside.
Inner liner cleaned, patched from inside with a plug through the hole.
Remounted, inflated, lug torque checked, you're moving.
North Jersey has two traffic realities: the parkway/turnpike grind and the stop-start density of towns like Newark, Jersey City, and Paterson. Both chew tires. Both kill batteries. Both leave drivers stranded in spots where it's genuinely unsafe to wait for help. We run this corridor 24/7.
North Jersey-based techs who know the streets, the shoulders, and the spots where it's safe to actually work on a vehicle.
Every truck carries plug kits, patch kits, tire inventory, jump packs, replacement batteries, and diagnostic tools. One visit, one fix.
You get a price before we start working. No meter, no surprise charges, no bait-and-switch when the tech arrives.
Live dispatch at 3am, 3pm, Sunday, Christmas Eve, snow day. If the phone rings, someone's picking up and someone's rolling.
External plugs can work short-term but they don't seal the inner liner. Air eventually migrates into the belts and the tire can fail. A proper patch seals from the inside — that's why shops quote it higher and why it's the right fix.
A properly patched tire lasts the remaining life of the tire. We've patched tires that went another 30,000 miles without issue. The patch is not the weak point.
Sidewall punctures, shoulder punctures, anything larger than roughly 1/4", and tires that have already been driven flat long enough to damage the sidewall — those get replaced, not patched. We'll tell you straight.
