No — and we'd rather tell you that up front. Sidewall damage, gashes in the tread shoulder, tires that have been driven on flat for a distance, or tires with multiple punctures usually can't be safely repaired. In those cases we'll swap to your spare or bring out a replacement.

Yes, when it's safe. Active highway shoulders can be risky — especially on curves or narrow shoulders — so we'll sometimes recommend changing to your spare quickly and handling the full repair at a safer off-highway location nearby.
