Our story

A real dispatcher. A real truck. A real fix.

RoadsideAssist.help is a local mobile roadside assistance operation that lives in North Jersey and New York City. We built this because the old roadside model — call a big insurance hotline, wait ninety minutes, maybe see a truck — stopped working for the people we know: rideshare drivers, delivery drivers, nurses on overnight shifts, parents trying to get home, contractors headed to a job.

Our dispatchers work out of the metro area. Our technicians drive the same BQE, the same Turnpike, the same Cross Bronx Expressway you do. When you call us, you're not routed through five menus. You get a person who knows what an exit number sounds like.

We're not the biggest, and that's the whole point. We stay local so we can stay fast.

What we care about

• Honest ETAs. If the tech is 40 minutes out, we tell you 40. Not 15 hoping you'll stay put.
• Clear pricing. You get a quote over the phone before we roll. No surprise upsells on the shoulder.
• Respect for your time. A minute of downtime for a rideshare driver is a minute of lost money. We treat it that way.
