Professional plug-patch tire repairs done right — inside-the-tire patches, not just external plugs — right across Brooklyn. One call, real tech, average on-scene 20–45 minutes.
A real patch is done from the inside of the tire, not a plug jammed in from the outside. Ours is a combination plug-patch: we dismount the tire, buff the inner liner, vulcanize a proper patch with a stem running through the puncture. That's the DOT-accepted method. That's what we do on every patch job.
Brooklyn patching often means meeting drivers at their building in Park Slope, Bed-Stuy, or Williamsburg. Portable tire machine, inside patch (not just an external plug), back in service. We don't cut corners with plug-only jobs.
We cover Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy, Flatbush, Midwood, Kensington, Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, Sheepshead Bay, Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Gravesend, Mill Basin, Canarsie, East New York, Brownsville, and Sunset Park, plus roadside calls along the BQE (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, I-278), the Belt Parkway, Prospect Expressway, Gowanus Expressway, Jackie Robinson Parkway, Ocean Parkway, Eastern Parkway, Atlantic Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, and the Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, and Verrazzano bridge approaches. Dispatch routes the closest qualified technician, not the closest anybody — so whoever shows up has the right gear for your actual problem.
Visual inspection plus soap-water if the leak is slow enough to hide.
Pulled off the rim on a portable machine so we can work the inside.
Inner liner cleaned, patched from inside with a plug through the hole.
Remounted, inflated, lug torque checked, you're moving.
Brooklyn's a massive borough with completely different driving realities in every pocket — industrial Red Hook, residential Midwood, nightlife Williamsburg. What they share: tight streets, aggressive potholes, and highways (BQE, Belt Parkway) that don't forgive a flat. We staff Brooklyn specifically to keep response times tight.
Brooklyn-based techs who know the streets, the shoulders, and the spots where it's safe to actually work on a vehicle.
Every truck carries plug kits, patch kits, tire inventory, jump packs, replacement batteries, and diagnostic tools. One visit, one fix.
You get a price before we start working. No meter, no surprise charges, no bait-and-switch when the tech arrives.
Live dispatch at 3am, 3pm, Sunday, Christmas Eve, snow day. If the phone rings, someone's picking up and someone's rolling.
External plugs can work short-term but they don't seal the inner liner. Air eventually migrates into the belts and the tire can fail. A proper patch seals from the inside — that's why shops quote it higher and why it's the right fix.
A properly patched tire lasts the remaining life of the tire. We've patched tires that went another 30,000 miles without issue. The patch is not the weak point.
Sidewall punctures, shoulder punctures, anything larger than roughly 1/4", and tires that have already been driven flat long enough to damage the sidewall — those get replaced, not patched. We'll tell you straight.
